Issue with Network Geolocation for Jooby Gateway and End-devices
Hello, Following our previous communication in ticket #116453 - resolved by enabling TLS SNI. We are now working on implementing Network Geolocation for our end-devices via our gateways. Currently, we are facing an issue where we do not receive any coordinates
Cannot add and delete Gateway
Today, I try to add a gateway, platform show the following ERROR. I noticed that someone else had raised a similar issue before.So I attempted to remove a gateway, and then the same problem reoccurred. So I logged onto the website ThingPark Services Status,
