Today, I try to add a gateway, platform show the following ERROR.

I noticed that someone else had raised a similar issue before.So I attempted to remove a gateway, and then the same problem reoccurred.

So I logged onto the website ThingPark Services Status, and found that  all SaaS production platforms go right,  there were no issues displayed.

I hope you can help me solve this problem.
