We have now identified two gateways at two different physical locations losing backhaul connectivity at approximately the same time. This strongly suggests the issue is not related to individual site installation, gateway configuration, cabling, or placement — it points to a shared upstream cause: either the cellular carrier's network/APN, or a platform-side issue (ThingPark/Netmore backhaul service) affecting multiple SIMs/gateways at once.

Timeline (Hamburg gateway, most recent event):

• 09:18 — gateway joined, backhaul came online (fresh install)
• 10:12 — connection dropped, backhaul error
• LED2 (Backhaul): red, blinking (retry loop pattern — not solid red, not the poor-signal red/green pattern)

Why we believe this is not a local/install issue:

• Two independent sites, two independent installs, two diffrent gateways, same failure window
• First gateway (Hamburg) failed on a completely fresh install within ~54 minutes — rules out gradual degradation or a pre-existing site-specific problem
• Backhaul LED pattern indicates a connection retry loop, not a signal-strength issue (RSRQ/SINR readings from the first incident were acceptable)
