Support password incorrect!
Hello,
I have just installed and configured LRR on a Kerlink iStation KerOS 5.11. After the final reboot I can no longer access the shell of the GW.
I have changed the support password and documented it. Unfortunately, it seems that the GW no longer accepts the password. The default password is also not accepted. I am sure that the password I entered is correct. Can anyone help me or possibly tell me a way to remove LRR from the gateway and restore the device to its original state?
I urgently need your help as I am running out of time.
