Hi, I am running the new Sensative Strips Presence AS923 JP region with LoRaWAN version 1.0.4 on Actility with a Kerlink iFemtoCell-evolution-923.

When the device is added to the LNS and sends a join request, it always fails on the first try. The second attempt is always successful. If I keep the device in the LNS but reset it so that it unjoins, it will be successful on the next join request.

It only fails when it's newly added and sends its first join request, all other join attempts are successful.
