Sending downlink to the device
Hi,
I'm able to send an uplink from the loradevice to the connection that is created on the actility platform.
I would like to send a downlink to the device.
Is this the right API to use to send downlinks ?
and the right way for bearer token generation ?

not sure if it is related to enterprise or community edition.
