Product not appearing in drop-list

Hi team,

I'm the customer support representative of Sensoterra. My client wants to use Spark LoRaWAN network to connect our end-device (Soil Moisture Sensors), but our sensors do not appear on the product range in your pre-populated drop-down lists of devices when he is trying to create a new device.

I suggested that he chooses to "import" instead of "create", and gave him the App Keys for the devices but this is his reply:

"The import did not work as the app was looking for 14 column’s and the .csv only had 8"

I'm attaching the csv with App Keys I provided him.

What can I do to help him upload his devices? What is missing from the csv? Can you add Sensoterra to your drop-list?
