Packet Loss on SF7 in the Public Network on ST32L Based ST50H Module

Greetings,
I am using STM32WL based ST50H module .It is running on Lorawan Stack 1.0.3.
I am facing packet loss issue on this module ,particularly when ADR shifts to SF7.I have tried high gain antenna also, but no luck. The Network shows normal Network quality but randomly some packets drop.
The interval is 30 minutes also tested with 10 minutes.
If I test same devices with the Orange Network the packet loss is negligible
Does anyone has experienced such issue?
The EIRP and Conducted power test for the device are acceptable,
Lorawan stack configurations are correct.
I am estimating Packet loss by checking FCnt integrity.
