New MC-Edge replacement stuck at "Initialization" — TPE never issues LRRID despite successful network connectivity

I have ThingPark Enterprise 7.3.6-3, on-prem. I replaced a faulty MC-Edge gateway with a new unit. The new unit is on the network, correctly configured with the TPE server IP, and its LRR-UUID has been added as a Base Station in TPE (certificate enrolled successfully, IPsec tunnel establishes, TCP 2404 session to the LRC connects). However, the gateway never receives its LRRID back from TPE — getlrrid.sh on the unit permanently returns UNKNOWN, and the LRC log shows a continuous lrrid=00000000/00000000 association error. The Base Station stays stuck on "Initialization" in the TPE GUI indefinitely.
