Hi,

I am trying to setup a base station on the thingpark community but it seems like the gateway is not getting active.

I am using the gateway cloudgate from option. On the status page, I can see that the gateway is in not connected state, the radio in "A stopped" and also the clock reports not synchronised, even though the clock on the gateway is synchronised with the ntp server.

But in the interfaces section I can see that the gateway is showing the correct IP address as well as when I do a ping test it reports that the gateway is responding normally, But the connection status says the service is disabled. Any Idea what is going on here ?
