I cannot add my abeeway compact tracker to the thingpark server.

I follow the procedure to add a abeeway connection "provisionning your trackers on Thingpark enterprise" and add my device.

But I am stuck in initialization of my device.

I tried the procedure to join the LoraWanon my tracker but doesnt work.

Can you help me ?
