Interop AU915,how to test 4.5.1 and 8.1.1

I use interop for testing certification, my device use AU915 region(channel 8 -> 15, channel 65).Now I'm stuck at test case 4.5.1 Large MAC command test and 8.1.1 MAC LinkCheckReq test.

- I don't know how to test 4.5.1 because my device cannot receive the Large MAC command from the server. Do I need to send anything to the server to receive Large MAC?

- And 8.1.1 test is always in Created status. It has no change status, although I only run 8.1.1 test ?
