Hi,

I have an issue connecting a Multitech conduit MTCAP gateway to Thingpark.

I logged into "support" user to generate the certificate key pair, I used the public key when adding the base station to thingpark, but the gateway is still in initialization mode on thingpark.

I find this trouble shouting guide :

Following the guide here are my result :

Ping to google.com : OK

Ping to LRCs : Not OK

Troubleshouting -> IPSEC -> IPSec certificate : Page is empty, which means the certificates were not downloaded.
The ping to 217.69.25.82 is not working, but I think this IP is now incorrect. Instead, I tried to ping the ip of the url slrc1-poc.thingpark.com and the ping reached the destination.
I double-check that the public key is matching between the gateway and Thingpark configuration.

And I did some reboot / restart just in case.

What configuration is missing to get the base station working ?
