Base Station connection error

Base Station connection error

Hi, our base station Kerlink Wirnet iStation 868 suddenly stopped sending data to Actility platform from friday 29/04/2022 night.

The following actions have been performed:
-switch off/on the device - no changes
-device reset (kerosd -s and reboot), upgrade (liveburner 4.3.3) and LRR reinstallation (2.6.27_3_v1.8), remove/create of the gateway on ThingPark portal - no changes
-succesful connection via SSH to the device, the network card is working
-support access, Troubleshooting>Ping and it successfully pings 8.8.8.8, the Google IP, so the internet connection is ok
-support access, Troubleshooting>Ping LRCs, but both the listed IPs loose 100% of the packets, the listed IPs are xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
-support access, Troubleshooting>Ping, it successfully pings xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, the IP of Key Installer Server for ThingPark Community
-support access, Troubleshooting>IPsec>IPsec certificates, it's not empty, the device downloads the X.509 certificate
-support access, Troubleshooting>IPsec>IPsec status, it remains in "connecting" status witout establishing the connection, the IPs are xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
-we verified that our network is not blocking the gateway, it contacts the xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx and xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx IPs but it does not get a reply

According with your troubleshooting guide, about the X.509 certificate, you say to do the last test, Troubleshooting>IPsec>IPsec status, and "if your base station remains in connection error state despite those different checks, contact your System Integrator or ThingPark Support team for further troubleshooting".

Thanks
